Rare Colorful Cutting Board - Large
This handcrafted, edge-grain cutting board combines five hardwoods: padauk, purpleheart, walnut, hickory, and maple. This is a special, one-off board that I’ll be sad to part with!
I loved how one of the hickory strips included the heartwood and lighter sapwood, which blends well with the adjacent maple.
I joined the wood strips with the strongest, food grade wood glue available and sealed them with my homemade combination of food-safe mineral oil and beeswax combo.
Dimensions: 20” L x 11-1/2” W x 1-3/8” Thick
