This handcrafted, edge-grain cutting/serving board combines walnut with thin ash strips and a big purpleheart stripe. Plus, it’s got handholds that I carved into the bottom.
I joined the wood strips with the strongest, food grade wood glue available and sealed them with my homemade combination of food-safe mineral oil and beeswax combo.
